if you are fine with a yukata instead of a full on kimono, you will have a lot more to choose from in Taiwan, because… well it’s just too frigging hot in Taiwan for full on kimonos.
If this is like for a school activity and does not need to be high end stuff, they have kimonos, traditional chipaos, Korean dresses and even Taiwan Aboriginal set ups at the Taipei City Mall, the oldest one. That is where I buy the ones I send abroad to my nieces.
