My flight to taoyuan airport will arrive at 6.05am and i need to get a prepaid sim card with 3g services. and i need some help with the following questions:
1)Does anyone knows what time does the counter at Terminal 2 open?
2)As I’ve alry book the HSR tickets to Taichung at 7:57am, if i’m unable to get it in taoyuan airport, is there any place in Taichung that i can buy it? and will the price be the same as airport?
3)Will there be any differences in procedures and time taken for the sim card to be activated if i buy from Taichung or Taipei?
