Skylark is actually a chain of western style family restaurants from Japan. They offer a place where you can take rowdy kids for a dinner. Their menu is an assortment, pasta is only part of the selections. For fine dining or authentic Italian cooking, you should go elsewhere.
They do a much better job at imitating Euro/American dishes than those imitation chinese food you find in western countries.
They offer decent meals at decent price. Just stay away from any of their beef steaks.
