Problems with the quote function

The quote function seems to have been changed slightly, so now instead of

you need to add line breaks to get

in other words

the quote line
then a break
then the text
then a break
then the /quote line

Also, when using > instead of [quote][/quote], you now need to add a > every time you have a line break, or else it appears as separate quote blocks.
