It varies as there are various size of eggs, but in my experience it’s around 10 eggs.

If you eat any carbs, a lot of the protein and veg lunch boxes I get have the option of 低GI which is usually wild rice or quinoa. Some let you sub extra veg for an upcharge. Try Keep Fit, Feeling, or Simple Food
