Pure mint tea (no caffeine)

That is just mint, no added ordinary tea.

I bought some sort of mint from Farmers’ Supermarket by accident (was going to buy something edible). I just dried the leaves myself and later used them for making tea. Simple and cheap. The sad thing is, I don’t really like mint tea

Oh. I used to grow Moroccan mint in the Uk and use that, but need a helluva lot to make tea. Can’t grow enough of the stuff here.

I just bought a big bundle. It wasn’t a good mint but didn’t taste any worse than what they sell in supermarkets. I do believe it’s possible to find some German herbal tea from the big supermarkets in Taipei too. At least that’s what I have heard.

You can get Twinings peppermint T at Geant

Carrefour (家樂福) sells dried peppermint loose, you can buy as much or as little as you like, priced by the gramm (or 10 gramms??), fairly inexpensive and a rather good mint tea when brewed … seen & bought at their Shihlin branch on Dexing West Rd. (德行西路)

Cheers.
