CAN you please help me with this:
from which countries is it not recommended to fly over to Taiwan (for quarantine or other sars-related nuisances?) I am coming from far and just have to make a change/stopover somewhere else in Asia - what places to avoid? (Hong Kong - alright?) I don’t wanna get stuck once I land in Taipei only because I came from a “forbidden” place!
