I did the survey.

question 11 makes no sense.

and you have a lot of yes/no type questions where you are searching for varying degrees of agreement.

tighten it up and get a better mark.

for example:

being less ‘chabuduo’ in academic papers and surveys would help improve the image of Taiwan’s educational institutions?

Taiwanese people place importance on friendships.

交情 is really relationship and not just friendship. You may have a business relationship but it is not a friendship in western eyes.

5.台灣人友善、樂於助人。 *
Maybe the better way to say this is that “Taiwanese are friendly and willing to help others”.

6 台灣人喜歡湊熱鬧，常有一窩蜂現象。 *
Taiwanese tend to be trendy and usually have a herd mentality.

  1. 台灣各式店家林立，生活機能便利
    Taiwan provides many shopping venues, this provide a great convenience for daily life.

  2. 台灣小吃盛行。
    Taiwan has many street food and casual dining venues.
    小吃 is not a snack. A snack is an apple, a pretzel, a bag of potato chips, a cookie……

  3. 台灣人認同這塊土地、展現自信，樂於讓台灣被看見。 *
    Taiwanese identify themselves with Taiwan, showing self-confidence and proudly presenting Taiwan to the world.
