I have a 7-11 Open SIM card in my mobile (supplied by work) and I have a $300 top up card which I want to use. Now Although the messages telling you that you have less then $50 in your account and that you have no credit are in English after the Chinese and the scratch card has english on it telling you instructions it lacks any english in the account number (722) you call. But you said the card has instructions, yes however rather then saying press 2 to recharge it just says 'After greeting announcement, choose ‘Recharge Service’…
The Japanese mobile I have does have a message after the Japanese saying ‘For English press 5’ then converts everything to English… is there something like that here or can someone tell me what too press?
I am currently sick indoors and want to call someone to buy me some medicine…
I don’t have that one, so I don’t know for sure; however, I have the Fast East Tone that I recharge with a scratch card too, so maybe it’s the same…First menu I hit 1, second menu hit 1 again and then after the voice message is done talking I put in the number on the card followed by #. Usually for the pay as you go, you need to call the customer service to have the messages changed to English, but I didn’t buy my card originally, so I didn’t have the right ID number, so they wouldn’t let me change it. You might be in the same boat if your company bought it for you.
To OP: ^That would be abouts Ximen/Sanchong, I believe.
And I’m near ShiDa. I live near several pharmacies and have tomorrow morning off from work and nighttime.
I don’t have NHI yet, so I don’t know how that would work. Does it matter?
