Questions re State Police check for APRC

Question: so far not found answer, so will ask to save time.

  1. Do I need translation of the State Police AND the FBI fingerprint check.
  2. The 3 month time period begins with the stamp of FBI check. If state check is needed, does that have to also be within 3 months?

Forgive me if answered in this thread…I have not read it completely yet…

Forgive me if answered in this thread…I have not read it completely yet…[/quote]You can’t use a state background check anymore. It can only be a federal background check, which for the U.S. means FBI background check. Start reading.

Well in that case then, this clears up the question. According to info I received from BanChiao office I need FBI check and State Police record. I did read that checklist, and more, but all that info was not the same as from info I received…and that prompted my post…

Good…So that means I need only the FBI records to be authenticated by Washington DC TECRO?
AND 15 USD plus 29 USD for express mail to me.
