You are talking about proportional representation. Correct me if I am wrong.

If 12% of the population is black, you would like at least 12% of the workforce to be black. If 12% of the population is black you would like at least 12% of congress to be black. That sort of thing.

If that is correct, I suggest going back to what I already wrote and perhaps look up “equality of outcome”.

If it’s not correct you are really going to have to tell me what it is you are trying to say.

I think the Green New Deal might have been an attempt to find a replacement for identity politics. It doesn’t seem to have worked, so…
