Recommendation for Broadband / Fiber Internet?

Hi

Can anyone give and recommendations to Internet Service Provider for high speed / fiber internet?
Is fiber available all over Taipei now? I am in Da’an

Currently have a really crappy connection provided by landlord, which speedtest.net shows as 4Mbps down, 0.65 up. WTF. Thats like speeds 10 years ago where I come from.
Plus I get weird connection problems (like I can ping a server and connect and all of a sudden, I can no longer ping it)

Chunghwa Hinet is probably the most reliable.

I’ve seen Kbro advertise a 200M service for 888/month, but I hear they are not reliable with constant outages, etc.
