Recommendations for newbie 7 year olds in Taipei

My family is in Taipei on a house hunting and school/activity finding tour. While my wife now lives here (albeit in a hotel), the kids and I won’t be back till August. I’d like to see or do something that the kids (both 7) will love so they are more excited about living here.

Any ideas?

Brownline MRT to zoo + gondola ride.

Amusement park + Science museum

Cycle on riverside paths (there are rental bike places)

Waterpark/swimming pool

Walking in the hills, catching bugs and frogs etc

Swanboats
