I feel like an idiot for asking this, but the wonder that is the California DMV has left me no other choice. My license expires next month and even though I should be eligible to renew by mail, I just received a notice that for some unknown reason I am not. So, I have to dip into the terrible waters of the Taiwan driver’s test, which I can’t pass because of the stupid backwards S shape.
Even though I’ve been driving for well over a decade, I guess my only option if I want to hold a valid license is to sign up for a driving instruction course. Does anyone know of any that would allow me to skip the basics and just practice the course? I live in Zhonghe, so nearby would be appreciated.
