We’ve had very bad luck with RC cars for our boys. Each has broken quite quickly, souring the experience, so we’ve gone several years without getting another. Does anyone here have a particular recommendation of a durable brand or model, or something with a real warrant, or a reliable Taipei store that honors such things or does repairs?
Our budget is about $2800 per vehicle. We need two that CAN BE CONTROLLED INDEPENDENTLY AT THE SAME TIME IN THE SAME AREA (apparently this is a problem for some) and we’d prefer
- long play time, e.g. 25+ minutes at the park, or 20 plus an easily replaceable precharged battery pack to keep going.
- all-terrain to handle grass etc., can be ATV, Batmobile, Ninja or whatever style
- durable with actual warranty.
We don’t need unusual RC range, and don’t want particularly high speed. Long play time and durability are tops.
Has anyone had better luck?? Any advice would be welcome!
