What do you do with your empty laser printer toner cartridges here? Do the places that refill inkjet ink want them? When I bought a new cartridge, they had HP genuine for NT$2400 and no-name cartridge for $1200. I think the no-name might be a refill. Back in the USSA the refill places always wanted the empty one back so they could refill and recondition it.
3C recycles cartridges here. I just found out, esp. if they are from consumers. HP collects used ones if volumes are large enough. Call the number in your Cartridge Box Instructions Leaflet.
