Just a few days ago I found out that Wellcome sells San Miguel, Red Horse Beer (8%) … cans, 40 NT$. Not bad at all, I had it many years ago in the Philippines, bottled.
That stuff makes me crazy. And I’m not the only one. Always had a good time though… hehe.
The convenience store chain Simple Mart carries Red Horse. Only $34 NT a can! It has a sharpness and a kick which I enjoy. I always get a can before I start shopping for vegies on morning weekends.
Simple Mart has cheap beer. Taiwan beer small cans is only 28NT or $26 a can. I can’t remember. I always get Red horse. They also carry Tiger beer.
Do they. Will have to pick some up.
