Does anyone know a cheap car rental place in Taipei? We want to rent a car worthy of a trip around Taiwan! The car should be automatic, have AC, and a radio. I need the car for 2 weeks in late July. The car should not require maitenance on my part

I’ve rented cars from Central car rental (adds in any newspaper, tourist map etc.) before. I think their prices are reasonable and become lower the longer you rent. I’ve heard of no bad experiences with them. Here’s a thread I once started:

Found a place in Taoyuan on San Ming rd. Charged 3500 for 2 days. Honda civic. used my ARC and international drivers license
Steeevieboy-- Do you have an address, name or preferably a phone number for the place you rented from in Taoyuan on San Ming Rd? That sounds like a good deal and I’d like to get in touch with them. However, I live in Taipei City proper so going up to Taoyuan to check them out would be really inconvenient.
