Box rental at a post office is like N$300 per year. Rather cheap.
Would not think they care about ARC or not, given the small amount of money.

- Envelopes that require a signature like from an express company?
- Envelopes that are large like a full size piece of paper?
Yes. Can give them a dummy chop to sign for things. I did that for years at post office on NTNU campus.
The post office then leaves a note in your box, saying it has something for you to pick up inside at the counter. Just bring ID.
If someone else will be picking up things, ask the postal workers to include that person on list of people who can sign for things.
