Is there any legal or governmental authority that deals with renting places in Taiwan, or is it all pretty much up to the landlord? The reason I ask is that it seems I have rented a place from a landlord from hell. Is there any legal ramifications I can at least threaten her with? Thanks a lot for any info you can give me!
