Chris Matthews tears apart Jack Kingston (R-Georgia) over “lazy thinking” for trying (as others have tried in Forumosa) to claim the Iraq occupation is just like the Cold War-era presence of U.S. troops in Europe and Asia. Pretty funny to watch.

I thought it was dumb back when Condi and Rummy were trying to tell us all of the “werewolf” threat from the post-World War II days… as if there was even a bit of truth to their claims that the Nazis had an actual resistance of any kind once the Allies had overrun them. I guess administrations that don’t bother to read history are stuck having to lie about it.
