Return policy at Shinkong Mitsukoshi?

I just bought a pair of boots from a particular brand’s corner in a section of the department store. I found out later there’s another version that fits me better. Will they allow me to exchange? I still have the receipt. Thanks.

Within 7 days, no problem.
My wife does that all the time. Very ambivalent these people nowadays.

I was wondering that too. But its been about 2 weeks now. I thought the return policy would be similar to the 30 days in the States :confused:

Do you think I have a chance of returning them?

Nope, sat in my closet for the week, wore them about 3 hours one day and said “OK. Gotta bring these back.”

I am pretty sure they’ll change them for you but no money back.
