I’ve been studying for a Master’s Degree in Taiwan from 2016-2018 then graduated. After graduating, I am working at one of the memory chip company till January 2020, then I leave Taiwan. I am planning to come back to Taiwan again at the end of the year, is there any way how can I come back to Taiwan and start to find a job there again?
Before I leave Taiwan I paid all the tax and no criminal record. But I didn’t change my ARC status so I just use my old ARC to come back to my hometown. My ARC is expired now
If you’re ARC is expired, you can’t just it to come back to Taiwan.
You can come with visitor visa (when the borders open again), find a job and change it later.
Thank you for your advice, I am just afraid they will not accept my visa application because in one of the question on visa application they ask “Have you ever worked in Taiwan?”.
I will try to apply Visitor Visa for Employment-Seeking Purpose.
