When I left Beijing I had a flight that left before the airport bank opened, hence I have 700 RMB that I would like to convert to NT or US dollars.
Exchanging RMB outside China can be problematic, as I understand it, please correct me if I’m misinformed. I don’t think I can exchange it at CKS or even in the US.
If anyone here is a potential ‘collector’ of a small, but not insignificant, amount of RMB - please PM or email me.
The current exchange rate is about 8.11 to a US dollar. I am willing to give a much better rate to a Forumosa member. Just make an offer.
Hitch - I’m in Hsinchu City and currently am not in a position to travel, so take that into account.
