Road to Hehuan Shan conditions

How ever you spell it, anyone know what (or where to search for) the road to Hehuan Shan looks like after the typhoon? We’ll be going in somewhere from the Taizhong side to do some camping and hiking.

I don’t see any breaks on the road to Ho huan shan, just the 21 south of Sun Moon Lake and some minor routes in Renai Hsiang.
