the bfa (blank firing adapter)'s are real, I still have mine at home in CAnada (except mine is yellow). Thanks for the update, I had totally forgotten why I had them on the rifle.

I was at the gate one time picking something up, then this person who’s standing guard jokingly pointed his rifle at me. That was not funny. I went and told the ranking officer about it immediatly and he didnt do a thing about it. Now if someone got shot because of that… I think those officers would treat those cases more seriously…

No, afraid not. But it was a scooter, which is bad enough.

We never referred to any military weapon as a “gun”.

Big “guns” like the 144mm were referred to as cannons etc.
Mine is 12 inces, but I never use it as a rule.
