Does anybody have the “foreign” name on top, and a romanized Chinese version as the alias? When foreigners naturalize, they have the option of keeping their original, non-Chinese name (or a romanization of it, in case the original is not in the roman alphabet). But then the Chinese romanization (if down below) would have to be labeled a “foreign” name!
Another wrinkle is that top romanized names are required to be in the format “FAMILY NAME, PERSONAL NAMES” (international treaties require either the comma or separate lines, which most countries use), but the alias wouldn’t have to have the comma at all and could be FAMILY NAME PERSONAL NAME" or anything else, really.
