Which city do you live in?
They have a North Face shop in Banciao Train Station. Any shopping mall would do. In Jhonghe Carrefour 7th floor, they have a cycling hiking shop that may have something in the same line. The locals dont do their running outdoors or indoors, or anywhere for that matter.

Looks expensive, be prepared to fork out NT4000 ~ NT12000 just like the states. Maybe Costco?
