I would like to start training for a race, anything from 10k to half marathon, but am having trouble finding any info.

I’m not that much of a long-distance runner, but this is the advice I would give to someone who’s starting out. Run 3 times a week. Start with 5kms and work up to 10. If you have more time maybe go for one longer run…
