This much I expected. Taking that all back would cost too much, both in terms of lives and arms.
But all bets going on Russia getting soft treatment after the war is over because buddy buddy bull.
As long as Ukraine gets EU/NATO membership out of it, I can be satisfied. But I fear given certain positions of the incoming admin, that’s gonna get shelved, and put Ukraine in a “peace in our time” position.
Better to get a clear defining line established. If the Finns can do it, no reason the Ukrainians can’t.

I commend trump on his war ending rhetoric. But he might be better to fall in line and keep the war going for his own safety. I worry the neocons/mic might just try assassinating him if he carries on like this.
They would blame it on Iran as a nice segue to a new war.
The clever thing trump did was his choice of vp.
