Russia vs. Ukraine 2024

Not fit for the UK military for mental health issues.
Go over to Ukraine:

Lex Fridman with Volodymyr Zelenskyy

Good talk. Respekt for getting the interview language mix translated to different versions.
It would be hard to follow for most who do not speak Russian and Ukranian.

was just watching this in the original mix but I’ll have to switch to the english one so I can listen to it.

Are you sure that real? It sounds and looks pretty AI.

It is AI generated voice. Zelenskyy was not speaking English at that part.
Friedman translated the conversation and used AI to recreate his voice for the language the listener chooses to listen to the conversation.

It’s why I’m going to watch it in sections. It’s 3 hours. might not get through the whole thing but I don’t like the ai dubbing.
Prefer to read subtitles and see them speak.

I just don’t get dubbing over interviews and speeches.

these tiny subtitles are killing me. major flaw.

Paul from Combat Veteran Reacts also got invited to visit the front line in Ukraine. Things got more tense once he started traveling towards Kramatorsk.

And another Taiwan related topic came up: First, a Taiwan company was accused of supporting ruSSian glide bomb kit production. Shortly afterwards it was revealed, that actually a Chinese company was the culprit, but hiding behind (falsely) marking their products as the ones from the unrelated Taiwan company.

I saw that one too. That’s how China is supporting Russia’s war effort, by pretending other countries are sending Chinese made components.

First captured North Koreans responding to questions.

Huh, if the Kyiv Post were reporting they are total softies I would take that with a grain of salt. Looks like they are really helping out ol’ Vlad

When asked if they want to return to North Korean, one of them said he would like to stay in Ukraine, but would return to North Korea if that’s not possible. I think he just made staying in Ukraine his only recourse.

from that article, “He said that the DPRK soldiers rarely surrender. If they are wounded, their comrades just step over them leaving them where they lie and they use grenades to blow themselves up as Ukrainian troops approach. He added that the dead are doused with flammable liquid; their faces burned to disguise their identity.”

:skull:

I think I read somewhere that they are special forces. I wonder if it’s it’s true, and what percentage.
