I’m looking for Rye(黑麥) grain. I need it for some baking. I want the whole grain and I’m wondering where to find this in Taiwan. Thanks for your help.

There apparently are some great recipes for rye bread in this book " Secrets of a Jewish Baker: Authentic Jewish Rye and Other Breads" by George Greenstein.
