I’m feeling positive about todays game and just want to wish the boks good luck. After last weeks lost against the men in black,I think the men in green and gold are even more positive.
I sure hope SA can beat the Aussies today.
I read in the paper that the Brass Monkey is showing the game at 5:45pm along with NT$140 coke and brandies and NT$100 springboks (the shooter, not the animal;)
Nah, the ref was awesome! Although sadly for him he did miss a large portion of the game, including Forward Pass Of The Series (at the same time I was explaining to the Significant Other that the ball had to be thrown backwards - she just looked at me like I was stupid [not too far off], her silence speaking volumes about how nuts she though the whole event I had coerced her into attending was), as well as a potential penalty try.
Looks like Rathbone could’ve been worth holding onto… Strangled cries of “Aaargh! You fucking traitor!” from our companions. And probably most of SA.
I don’t see how a “narrow gap” would lead to “creaming”. :eh:
Anyway, I’m looking forward to a couple of epic games in South Africa. [/quote]
I still hazard that the Aussies and Kiwis are better, but the narrow gap and passionate home crowds AND the incredible losses in Aus and NZ will have an affect on the results.
just wait till next weekend, matie. The All Blacks will rip SA a new arse hole …I hope :help:
Will take a couple of years before SA is really strong. At the moment, there are areas of weak skills, there is dirty play, and there is poor tactical kicking. Against ABs, SA lived off the scraps of possession. It was a good physical encounter, but ABs should have been smarter in the backs.
Please explain the phrase “rip a new asshole” I’ve only been teaqching English for nearly four years and am lost. NZ versus South Africa games always make me feel sorry for the boks as we tend to win by getting the ball between the posts rather than over the touchline.
