There’s been a Supreme Court ruling constitutional interpretation by the Council of Grand Justices which says the government has to implement it, but we’re still waiting.

Supreme court ruled current marriage laws' failure to guarantee marriage equality unconstitutional

Starting a new thread because this is huge. Out of the many many ways to achieve marriage equality, this has to be the fastest route. The Supreme court basically said this is no longer up for debate, get a law ready and pass it. TAIWAN No. ONE (to achieve marriage equality in East Asia…, but yay anyways)
