Sarah Palin's classy send off for Ted Kennedy/

Well we know what’s on her mind
Late last night, to her credit, Sarah Palin posted the following statement on her Facebook page on the passing of Ted Kennedy:

I would like to extend our sympathies to the Kennedy family as we hear word
about the passing of Senator Ted Kennedy. He believed in our country and
fought passionately for his convictions.

Several of her Facebook pals lauded her “classy” move.

Others? Not so much.
Now now Nama…you know its not allowed to actually judge people on what they really say! :no-no:

Its what you want to believe they meant to say that counts!

“It’s about time, we can only hope Pelosi and Ried will be joining him very soon. All 3 of them should be buried in Moscow for whom they work so tirelessly.”

ah, someone didn’t get the memo about the fall of the evil empire…

uhhh…
The comments of Sarah Palin are:
I would like to extend our sympathies to the Kennedy family as we hear word about the passing of Senator Ted Kennedy. He believed in our country and fought passionately for his convictions.”

Total and complete…capice?:unamused:

I doubt she had much to do with it. One of her aides would have conceived, written and posted the message. She would only have been asked to give it the nod, which wouldn’t have been too hard to do, even for someone of her limited understanding and capabilities.

ah, yes I capice…I’m just commenting on the comments on her FB page…sorry I should have attributed the quote to some unknown rabid redneck.

Do you have a FB page? Okay, see if you don’t let me break it down. On the top is your name. Then there’s a box next to that name. In that box is “what’s on your mind” in a watermark. In that box you put what’s on your mind.

capice? :beatnik:

I was speaking a bit ‘tongue in cheek’…thus the winky dinky.

Lest we forget…How Obama Got Elected

Just keepin things in perspective…

For even Palin, you need an Atwater. And Kennedy certainly didn’t send off Mary Jo very well, did he? I mean, leaving a pregnant woman to drown, not calling the police for 7 or more hours, and then trying to get a family friend to deal with it?

Liberal lion – bullshit. Coward, drunk and a sexual harasser of monumental portions.

unless you’re my father or my ex-girlfriend; in which case you think its where you write messages to people…which gets really confusing

Palin’s a conservative Republican. We know what she really thinks.

Sarah Palin is Sarah Palin, we know she does not think… at all…

Did Ted Kennedy think when he left the scene of a crime leaving a pregnant woman to die? What about when he cheated in a Spanish exam at Harvard? Or when he cheated on his first wife for the 100th time?

Did he think at the office? :hand: He used consultants such as Bob Shrum to come up with his strategies and kept riding the wave of the Camelot myth decades and decades after its demise…yawn, yawn, and yawn! A Henry Clay? John Calhoun? Daniel Webster? Nope. A Caligula.

I’m thoroughly entertained to see so many economic migrants in Taiwan  shedding tears for an exploiter of working people through high taxes, sexual advances against working women (especially waitresses), and disdain for the values of middle Jacksonian America…

Really? You play the same scene over and over again in your head and it never fails to entertain you? Hate to have to sit near you and a TV.

I don’t think you’ll ever be entitled to that privilege.

Was that meant to be clever or cutting? Seems to fail on both accounts.

“Economic migrant”?.. Have we met?.. Do you know what I do for a living?.. Thought not… “Shedding tears”?.. I’m not an American and Kennedy meant as little to me as Elvis did to Chuck-D… But that doesn’t really matter since a.) I’m not singing his praises and b.) even if you offered up gold embossed, carved in stone evidence that he was Hitler’s right hand man, it wouldn’t do a damn thing to change the fact the Sarah Palin is an ignorant, bigoted, bobble headed, redneck cheerleader who’s intellectually unequipped and unqualified to hold a position of responsibility higher than a deputy chip fat inspector at McDonalds…

Say what you will about Ted Kennedy but that doesn’t change the fact that he was a bloated old satyr with a perpetual bad conscience and a determination to expatiate himself by making the rest of us do his penance for him. That’s why Democrats loved him so well. He was a master at making others pay for his sins.

so you are saying there’s an opening for his old position?

can I call 'em or can I call 'em… :roflmao:
