I need to buy a lot of scooter masks cheap(solid color) and also need to find a fabric store or a craft store that sells paint for clothes like paint and paint pens??
Does anyone know where I can find both?
Also where can I find those NT$10 stores in Taichung…everyone keeps telling me about them but can never give me directions…I need to find stuff for my students and would also like to see if there are cheap scooter masks there as well!
