I just moved to Taipei and am looking for on-site personal training (e.g. apartment gym) I am 40, ex-athlete, but now with lots of nagging injuries (shoulder, knees, tennis elbow). I swim, play basketball, lift, bike, but harder these days as recovery times are long.
Looking for a trainer 3x / week to help me lose 5kg and train in a smart, good way to get stronger and fitter without aggravating injuries. Open to any method that helps strength, endurance and flexibility.
I live in Xinyi district and would hope to do sessions on-site.
