No, there’s some special set-top box offer from Seednet. Not sure of the specifics though.
It’s called TVIP or TV over Internet Protocols. Hinet offers it too. But until they offer real programming not junk and reruns, I doubt there will be many takers.
In contrast, there’s a co. in UK that’s offering this service with REAL TV, however, it’s only for domestic consumption.
