Background: Georgia was the state in which Trump tried to get the Republican governor to change the election results by a certain number. Now that he’s back in power, Republicans are interrogating Jack Smith, the prosecutor who prosecuted him over it.
The imbecile from Missouri, Eric Schmitt, asked him if he was at the Atlanta Hawks-GS Warriors basketball game on a certain date. He said he had no recollection. Schmitt flashes some text messages that purportedly shows Smith’s staff talking about him attending the game, and takes them down immediately without giving people a chance to see what it actually showed.
The problem: Smith actually attended a University of Maryland-University of Iowa Hawkeyes women’s basketball game wherein Caitlyn Clark played, and Schmitt got the Hawks and mixed up.
