Not really, kids also wear them. And you see like a tiny part of the belly with this.
Different people/cultures have different attitudes to nudity. If “nudity” is even what this is, which I’m pretty sure it isn’t (in my opinion).
I don’t find a kid’s stomach remotely sexual, let alone pornographic. I think if someone does, that’s kind of in the eye of the beholder and an unusual (again, in my opinion) attitude towards sex/clothing/nudity. And I’m British, as opposed to, say, East German - we’re not known for our liberated attitudes towards nudity.
I don’t find what the kids are wearing especially shocking/provocative, and definitely not to the extent that it’d even occur to me to comment on it or be offended by it on the basis of a 3-second video.

Porn is an exaggeration. But this is not appropriate for children of that age, who don’t know what they’re doing.
