Shakehouse Caffe Dancing Espresso

Hi,

I lived in Taipei around 2002-2003, and frequented Shakehouse Caffe (No.86, Wenzhou St., Da’an Dist., Taipei City, https://foursquare.com/v/%E9%9B%AA%E5%8F%AF%E5%B1%8B-shakehouse-caffe/4b9631e8f964a52021c034e3, https://justgola.com/a/shake-house-1978053416)

They had (and if Foursquare comments are to believed still had in 2013) a pretty iced-espresso called “Dancing Espresso”. It is served in a tall glass, and something they add causes the drink to keep mixing itself, i.e. dancing. I would really appreciate it if someone could take a picture, or better a video, or even better, ask the owner how he does it

My girlfriend (who visited Taiwain in 2004 and also saw the dancing espresso) has gotten somewhat obsessed with the idea of recreating it, but neither of us can remember the details well enough. So we would appreciate any info

Thanks
Neilen
