i see him most of the times in the night market and every time i feel very bad… his condition is getting worst i think, mostly is a very bad looking skin problem, but i cannot really help him myself… last night i saw him again wondering the night market area… if any of the rescue organizations could come over and pick it up, i could show you where he is… i don’t have a car now, i don’t speak Chinese but i still want to help him… if anyone is interested in helping me help him please let me know, we can meet and show you where the dog is…
