Should we make our school legal?

Need some advice / ideas…We’ve got a school, about 110 students. We’ve been open for about 3 1/2 years. Pretty stable numbers. Don’t advertise, don’t even have a sign. We are thinking about getting our licence and doing the whole “passing out fliers and putting up a big sign” thing. Here’s the question, for those of you who own your own school. Is it worth it? Are there too many hassles and expenses? Should we just keep flying under the radar? Anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks!

…but for the peepers here, taking a school of 100+ kids and going legal means you want to get bigger, one way or another. One FT and two Chinese teachers can do 100+ kids, but more than that you’ll need another FT, at least. Going legal entails a whole lotta BS from the government, and getting bigger means you personally will have to work doubly hard. I kid you not. Going from 100 to 200 can be a nightmare if it is not what you really want.
