This forum is “Teaching English in Taiwan”, not Learning English. Few learners here, if any.
Your business must not be so good, despite your claims of “Business English” & ability to teach “all levels”.
Even placed in appropriate locations, what in your ad would inspire anyone to pay you for conversation? Try market-testing your ad first with your own current students, if you have any.
Or consider another line of work, like paid spamming.
