Where can i get information regarding social/health/ sports/interest clubs in taipei/taoyuan.

I met a few interesting people on Meetup.com. definitely check them out.
Are you just looking for events, or are you looking to make friends? My only problem with meetup.com was that the people are different each meeting and it’s hard to develop friendships if your social group changes every week.

I’ve found that the best way to make friends if through studying Chinese and finding language exchange partners.
A great way to find friends through this method is by going to any language center and looking for flyers that people posted looking for language exchange… or posting your own. You’ll meet a lot of interesting people this way
