Pretty cool! I have seen similar animations of the morphing of the ancient characters into modern ones used when first grade students were learning characters. But your animation of the different parts to explain meaning really gets into the visual nature of the old scripts.

You have a small typo in the second video, “chatch”. Also the audio in the second video sounded a little distorted, but that may just be a problem with my phone.
