# Someone has a clue how this works?

it spook me

i tried many times with a number off my head,it worked
then i thought “ok this is like playing with my head, there’s something suggesting my mind what number to pick,so i choose the last 2 digit of the first number on my mobile…”

guess what…works everytime

Highlight the following paragraph to see the solution (left-click and drag):
[color=white]“If you haven’t figured it out: within each group of ten numbers (the teens, twenties, etc.), subtracting the sum of the two digits produces the same number: a multiple of 9. All the teens map into 9, all the twenties map into 18, all the thirties map into 27, etc. All these numbers are the same symbol; all the other symbols are scattered randomly to confuse the pattern.”

Ok, A quick explanation…

99 - (9 +9) = 81
98 - (9 +8) = 81
97 - (16) = 81
96 - (15) = 81
95 - (14) = 81
94 - (13) = 81
.
.
.
90 - (9) = 81

are we seeing a patern yet?

So, the ranges …

90 to 99 = 81
80 to 89 = 72
70 to 79 = 63
60 to 69 = 54
50 to 59 = 45
40 to 49 = 36
30 to 39 = 27
20 to 29 = 18
10 to 19 = 9

If you look at the chart the symbol for all these numbers is the same! And, everytime you retry it is different… Giving the appearance of ESP!

See the previous post for the numeric theory of it all…
