Oh dear god no! I’m out of Tylenol PM. But the OTC sleeping pills here all make me horrible dehydrated. Has anyone found anything that helps you sleep but doesn’t give you cotton mouth?
Ask your pharmacist if they have any pills that contain the following two active ingredients (these are in Tylenol PM):
Diphenhydramine HCl 25mg (also known as Benadryl)
Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) 500mg
The first makes you sleep; the second is a painkiller. If you just need it as a sleep aid, then just ask for the diphenhydramine.
