Anyone remember hearing about a country & western singer who sang about 911? The lyrics went something like this: “I’m not an educated man - I don’t know the difference between Iraq and Iran”… Who was the artist? What was the song?
I don’t know if that’s it, but Hank Williams Jr. did a special version of A Country Boy Can Survive after 911. I haven’t heard it yet.
I got it! It was Alan Jackson, Where Were You (When the World Stopped Turning)
Yee-haw! Thanks, pardner.
I believe that Mr. Jackson refered to those places as “Eye-rack and Eye-ran.”
What, that isn’t the way the A-rabs pronounce it?
That’s how the I-talians pronounce it…
