Dropped in recently for the first time.
Sizeable gym on second floor with nice view of running track and Taipei Arena. Lots of dumbbells but not many benches. Open doors for fresh air. Nt$50/hour.
Not many other rooms for classes but they have Zumba and bike and TRX and some others.
Pool is apparently the top draw and I guess this is where they held water polo for 2017 World University Games.
Probably at least five other private gyms within a 2-minute walk.
